What this is
Cabsis Cloud is a private dashboard used by authorized Cabsis administrators to view backups of the Cabsis fee/expense-management system. It is not a public service and is not intended for end users or students.
What we access
When you sign in with Google, we request access to your Google account (for authentication) and, where granted, your Google Drive, to locate and read the Cabsis backup files your organization stores there. We do not access any other files in your Drive.
What we store
We store your Google OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) so the app can retrieve backups on your behalf, and your basic profile (name, email, avatar) for display in the dashboard. Backup contents are downloaded temporarily to render reports and are not permanently copied outside of Google Drive.
Who can see backup data
Backup contents (student names, fee/expense records) are only visible to the authenticated administrator who owns or has been given access to the corresponding Google Drive backup folder. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you.
Data retention
OAuth tokens are kept until you revoke access (via your Google Account settings or by an administrator) or your account is removed. Downloaded backup files used to render a report are treated as temporary and are not retained beyond what is needed to serve the request.
